Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of when you receive your item.

What can be returned

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
• Tagged and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at jolene@ulkogear.com to request a return. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
